Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow - Tulsa

This place sadly is going downhill day after day, But there are some workers that are trying their best to keep it going and trying to make it a better place to stay and enjoy from maintenance to the front desk to the housekeeping employees. A lady up there Shorty and her team I have seen time and time again working their butts off up there trying to make the rooms as clean as possible. She does her job very well and always has a smile on her face and makes guests feel welcome and accommodated. She needs herself a good raise! Thank you!

This is one of those hotels that had fallen on hard times, but the current management is working hard to bring it back. Consequently there's some construction dust and a little debris in the hallways, and the first room we got had both an inoperative A/C and TV. But the front desk got us into another room and everything was fine. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, and you could clearly see the potential of the facility. The work crews were at it bright and early, getting started as we were checking out. Once they're done with the renovations, I could see this hotel being sort of a budget vacation hotel for the Tulsa area; it's in a good location and has a number of amenities. Even now, while it's still in work, it's definitely a good value for the money.

The front dest guy Allen was really helpful he was trying his best and the manager was really rude twords him. Our room was mostly clean except for one bed was used but we got new bedding and made it ourself. Other people were showing videos of the rooms they got were really dirty food, clothes, and trash everywhere I feel the cleaners need to do there job. The guy at the front desk, Allen needs a raise he was verry kind.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. Me and my fiance always stayed here when we needed to get away from everything and the employees are what made us keep coming back. They were all there for me when he finally lost his fight with kidney failure. I knew that individually they were awesome people, but collectively they're incredible. I love this place and will never go anywhere else to stay. They have my business forever. Not to mention the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and if there's an issue they fix it.

The first room we were given had something wrong with the door but after that was resolved it was great. My wife had a great time at the pool and I enjoyed the bar on the 2nd floor, right down the hall from our room. The free breakfast was in a restaurant next door and was exactly what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Waffle house, McDonald's and quiktrip are all within walking distance. We'll definitely be coming here again.

A solid full star review. I really have nothing to complain about or suggestions for improvement. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, helpful, quick, and professional. Room was clean as a whistle. The hotel was in a quiet area and although we were on the main floor, we had a super quiet night. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Front desk staff rude & unprofessional. At check-in the lady behind the desk took my credit card and then whispered with another coworker for about 5 minutes. I said Ms May I please check in? She said oh I see you're going to get a attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Then loudly said I can refuse you to stay here. The deposit was $l00 by cash app or cash only. You have to get a voucher to eat breakfast and you can only eat in the dining area I am a traveling working individual I would like to eat my breakfast in peace. Upon checkout the same lady that checked me in mysteriously said she didn't remember my hundred dollar deposit or could she find it. Highly recommended do not book there!! Bad experience
